1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TechVision's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on TechVision's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on TechVision's website
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
Modify or copy the materials
3. Services Description
To notify you about changes to our services
To provide customer support
To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our services
To monitor the usage of our services
To detect, prevent and address technical issues
To provide and maintain our services
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. General terms include:
Late payments may incur interest charges
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise specified
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the deliverables created by TechVision shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. TechVision retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project, as well as any pre-existing tools or frameworks.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.
7. Disclaimer
The materials on TechVision's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. TechVision makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitations
In no event shall TechVision or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on TechVision's website, even if TechVision or a TechVision authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
